Terry has coached the 11-B girls for the past two years. Both years were very successful, with the 2008 campaign capped off with a win at the challenging Fencor Summer Classic. That tournament win moved the 2008 record above .500 in a season where the team was consistently challenged in games against A-level competition. More importantly, the season can be summarized by improved overall basketball ability, increased appreciation for all basketball fundamentals, and lots of fun and fond memories.

Terry has also coached seven seasons at St. Norbert's CYO program, at various levels in the both the boys and girls programs, as well as several Malvern League teams. Terry's coaching philosophy at all levels has been to coach for successful seasons, stressing improvement in all players' basketball abilities, increasing their knowledge of the game and its fundamentals, developing teamwork, hustle and dedication to the game and team, while having fun through all games and practices.
